End of treatment

Once your treatment has ended, we ask you to provide us with information about the birth of your child, including the duration of the pregnancy and the mode of delivery. If there are any concerns regarding your child’s health, we kindly ask you to let us know about these as well.

This information is particularly important if donated gametes were used in your treatment.

To help us collect the information we need, we ask our patients to contact the clinic after the birth. You will receive a pregnancy and birth information form, which you can return to the clinic after delivery. You can also provide the information by email or by phone.
