I am the customer relationship manager at Ovumia and I am responsible for the overall development and coordination of donor egg treatments. I am a qualified midwife and registered nurse (BSc, 2012) as well as a social services professional (BSc, 2004), which provides a strong combination of clinical expertise and a person-centred approach to my work.
I have been working at Ovumia since 2015 and have extensive experience in fertility treatments. In my role, it is important to me that care pathways are smooth, safe, and tailored to each individual, and that customers feel respected, supported, and well cared for throughout the whole treatment process.
The most rewarding part of my work is being part of such a meaningful journey towards parenthood and collaborating with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.
