Embryo Monitoring (Time Lapse) and cultivation

Our goal in embryo cultivation is to support embryos as they develop naturally to the blastocyst stage, typically on day 5–6. Reaching this stage allows for a more precise selection of embryos for transfer or freezing, increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy.

A closer look at your embryos’ journey

If you choose to have your embryos cultivated in the EmbryoScope, you will have the unique opportunity to view videos of your embryos’ development together with your embryologist. This personal session helps you better understand the progress and results of your treatment.

After the procedure, you will receive a detailed report of the embryos used—those transferred and those vitrified for future use. Patients can also receive their embryo development videos after the embryo transfer, or later, once pregnancy has been confirmed—depending on your preference.
