Financial coordinator – Help build the financial backbone of an international growth company!


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated financial coordinator to join Ovumia Group—someone who wants to grow into a finance professional as part of Northern Europe’s leading fertility treatment group. In this role, you will do genuinely impactful work: financial processes form the foundation of the entire organization, and you will play a key role in ensuring they run smoothly.


Role description
As a financial coordinator, you will act as a central support pillar for the finance team. The role offers a balanced mix of routine tasks and variety: you will be involved in preparatory accounting work, compiling reports, solving challenges related to financial processes, and ensuring that financial information flows to the right stakeholders at the right time. You will work closely with accounting, group reporting, and other finance professionals, gaining valuable insight into a broad financial environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparatory accounting tasks, including document verification, accruals, and reporting materials
  • Participation in internal and external reporting
  • Reviewing, consolidating, and analyzing financial data
  • Collaboration with finance professionals and group accounting
  • Contributing to the development of financial processes—your ideas will genuinely be heard
  • Various supporting tasks within financial administration

What we expect from you?

  • Education in financial administration (Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Experience in financial administration roles—you may be at the beginning of your career or already more experienced
  • A strong interest in developing into a versatile finance professional
  • Good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • A precise, efficient, and reliable working style
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude

Working model
We offer a flexible hybrid working model: on-site work 2–3 days per week at our Tampere clinic, with remote work possible after onboarding.
