Tara Hämeensaari

Hi! I’m Tara and I work as an IVF biologist at the Ovumia Tampere clinic. My path at Ovumia started in spring 2023 at the research department, where I worked with the developmental videos of embryos from Embryoscope. I did my Master thesis work for Ovumia, in which I did a deep dive into the non-invasive chromosome studies of embryos. The embryos’ niPGT-A testing continues to be an important part of my job, although nowadays I do a variety of lab work together with our laboratory team.
